✅ You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Proof of issue is required—please provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

✅ Items must be unused and in their original packaging for exchanges.


How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or store credit.

3. Store credit will be issued as a digital code for future purchases.
